We worked with Cindy and Patti on the purchase of a new-to-us home and the sale of our existing home. Cindy and Patti were always readily available during the stress of house hunting and provided valuable advice on getting our house ready for sale. We ended up selling our home for more than the purchase price of our new home, which was entirely unexpected but definitely welcome! 

We have moved many times over the past 20 years for work, and bought or rented numerous properties. So, we have worked with our fair share of Realtors, both good and bad. When we moved to Ottawa, we spoke with many agents through open houses and inquiries, but Patti and Cindy stood far above the rest in a market full of many talented Realtors. They are the perfect mix of knowledge, expertise, attentiveness, and responsiveness. They treat you like friends and have your best interest as their number one priority. They never pressured us and were always there for us at the drop of a hat. There were a few issues in closing related to matters out of their control, but they handled every unexpected bump in the road with calm and professionalism. Through their skilled negotiation we purchased a house in a very competitive market, far below listing price ($100k savings), that has already increased greatly in the 6 months since we purchased. During our time searching they were even able to get us into listings before they hit the market. Patti and Cindy are the best agents we have ever worked with, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

The teamwork between Patti and Cindy was seamless when it came to working with these ladies.
