Our experience with selling my brother's house with Patti and Cindy was an excellent one.  This was our second time selling with these two very experienced agents and we would definitely use them again.  They looked after every detail from lovely staging to the final sale.  Patti and Cindy are true professionals and were very responsive to all our questions and concerns.  They made the whole process go much smoother than we had expected.  They are definitely a 10 and we would highly recommend them.  

When I approached Cindy and Patti about helping me with the sale of my parents home, I thought what I would be getting was excellent representation in the sales process. After living in my home for 34 years Cindy and Patti guided me through the steps of selling very professionally and with little fuss.  Once an agreement was in place they quickly staged, photographed and listed the property.  The house was sold in little over a week with a suitable closing date.  They are both very pleasant to deal with and made the process of selling relatively stress free.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering selling their home.
