We recently sold our home and on recommendation from our daughter we choose Cindy and Patti to work with.  It had been a while since we had any real estate dealings and much had changed – we were extremely pleased with the assistance and guidance that they provided and how beautiful our house was staged.   They were very knowledgeable with the market and the trends and  were accessible and honest about what we needed to do the sell our house to get the best price.  They kept us in the loop every step of the way and we were very successful in selling our house in a short period of time.  We thank both of you for all your support and dedication and making the entire process as stress free as possible and we would highly recommend you both.

I used the services of Cindy and Patti for the sale of my house and the purchase of a condo. We have moved many times over the past 20 years for work, and bought or rented numerous properties. So, we have worked with our fair share of Realtors, both good and bad. When we moved to Ottawa, we spoke with many agents through open houses and inquiries, but Patti and Cindy stood far above the rest in a market full of many talented Realtors.
